These Terms & Conditions outline how we work and what you can expect when collaborating with Monday Again.
About Monday Again
Monday Again is a remote design studio based in Europe, providing branding, UX, and website services to clients worldwide.

Scope of Services
We provide services such as brand identity design, UX/UI design, and website design and development.
The exact scope of each project is agreed upon individually, usually via email, proposal, or written agreement before work begins.
Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.
Pricing & Payments
Project pricing is agreed upon before the start of the project.
Unless stated otherwise:
- invoices are issued digitally
- payment terms are 14 days
- prices are listed excluding VAT, where applicable
Late payments may result in paused work until payment is received.
Timelines & Client Responsibilities
Project timelines depend on:
- project scope
- timely feedback
- delivery of required materials from the client
Delays in feedback or materials may affect the final delivery date.
Revisions & Feedback
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, as agreed in advance.
Revisions refer to refinements of the agreed concept.
Major changes or new directions may be treated as additional work.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client after full payment has been received.
Until then, all work remains the property of Monday Again.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
In such cases:
- work completed up to that point will be invoiced
- any prepaid amount covering completed work is non-refundable
Liability
Monday Again is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- losses caused by third-party services or platforms
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
